About Dr. Onyeije

I am a Maternal–Fetal Medicine specialist with decades of experience caring for medically complex pregnancies. My day-to-day work ranges from ultrasound and fetal diagnosis to counseling families navigating high-risk decisions.

Alongside clinical practice, I build and test digital tools that make medicine more humane: ambient scribe workflows to cut documentation time, decision-support prototypes for pre-eclampsia and diabetes, and AI-assisted billing through CodeCraftMD.

I also serve as a church elder and Sabbath School teacher, and much of my writing lives at the intersection of faith, health, and technology. Whether the topic is diabetes, fertility, or AI in medicine, I'm interested in how technical systems shape real people's lives.

✞ Faith & Heritage

My work is rooted in a commitment to stewardship — of health, knowledge, and community — shaped by faith and the heritage of Agbaragwu, Isiala Ngwa.

Theology & Teaching

I serve as a church elder and Sabbath School teacher, where I explore the intersection of Scripture, health, and modern technology.

My teaching focuses on whole-person stewardship: how we care for our bodies, minds, and communities reflects our understanding of divine design and human dignity.

"Whether the topic is diabetes, fertility, or AI in medicine, I'm interested in how technical systems shape real people's lives — and how faith calls us to use knowledge in service of healing and justice."

Heritage & Community

I am deeply proud of my roots in Agbaragwu, Isiala Ngwa in southeastern Nigeria — a heritage that informs my commitment to community, excellence, and service.

The values of resilience, education, and collective responsibility that define Igbo culture shape how I approach both medicine and technology: not as isolated pursuits, but as tools for community transformation.

Philosophy: Whether caring for high-risk pregnancies in Atlanta or building AI tools for clinicians worldwide, I carry forward the principle that knowledge is meant to be shared and that technology should serve humanity, not the other way around.
